The commitment is minimum 2 hours per week plus optional
engagement with the group.
What's included?
Weekly group coaching
6 weeks of intimate group coaching with a small group of 5 women, to engage, reflect and transform your mindset.
Each session is 1 hour with pre-work. This is a safe space to share, connect and be coached.
Career Support
Full personal career support including a professional bio review, CV advice, digital workbook and a welcome clarity session.

Weekly audio power boost
You will receive a weekly audio pep talk from me on WhatsApp with affirmations to practice, practical tips and an empowering nudge to keep the momentum going throughout the programme and your experience.
Wellness platform
1 week of special access to the wellness platform created by guru Pieta McCrum of Body by Pieta.
The platform combines wellness, movement and nutrition.
Personal coaching
You have the option to book 2 additional personal coaching sessions with me, over video or in person,
to help you lean into your learning - either during the programme or up to 2 weeks post programme.
Sound bath & meditation
A beautiful sound bath and meditation session created just for us by harmony expert Justine Nagaur - this session will be scheduled on an agreed date with the whole group. Access will be available remotely to suit all diaries.
